How convenient is public transport for getting around Kunming?
1 Answer
Kunming has an extensive bus network that covers most districts and suburbs. The city also operates a light rail line that connects key commercial areas. In addition, there are regional train services that link Kunming to nearby cities and tourist destinations. For short trips, taxis and ride‑hailing apps are widely available and reasonably priced.
A starting point only — it may be incomplete or out of date. Check official sources for anything important, and add your own answer if you know Kunming.
