My family is moving from abroad and we need an English‑language option.
Are there good international schools for primary children in Cottbus?
1 Answer
Cottbus offers several primary schools that provide bilingual or international programs, often integrated within the public school system. These schools follow the German curriculum while offering substantial English instruction, and some have partnerships with foreign language institutions. Information about enrollment procedures, language support, and school catchment areas can be found on the municipal education department’s website or by contacting the district’s school office. Visiting schools during open‑house days is recommended to assess facilities and teaching approaches.
