I have a background in healthcare administration and want to know if there are opportunities nearby.
What industries are hiring in Mount Vernon?
1 Answer
The local economy includes healthcare, education, retail, and light manufacturing. Several hospitals and clinics in the region hire for administrative roles, and the nearby university system offers positions in student services and research administration. Retail chains and logistics firms also maintain a presence in the area. Exploring job boards that focus on the Greater New York region and attending local career fairs can help you identify openings that match your skill set.
