About Care Resources - PACE

Care Resources is a non-profit Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) organization that provides comprehensive medical and social services to older adults in the Grand Rapids area. Their goal is to help seniors live independently while receiving coordinated, holistic care. Services include adult day health care, primary medical care, therapy, transportation, meals, and medication management—all tailored to each participant's unique needs. The PACE model focuses on aging in place while maintaining quality of life through interdisciplinary care teams.
