Spectrum Health Hospice & Palliative Care, now part of Corewell Health, is the largest and one of the most respected hospice providers in West Michigan. Established in 1991, the organization offers comprehensive, compassionate end-of-life care across multiple settings—including patient homes, nursing facilities, and hospitals. It was the first hospital-based hospice program in the region, emphasizing personalized, comfort-focused support.
